Returns & Exchanges at Wally

We want you to love your new style, but if it is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must have original tags attached and be in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
